Duties

Create Bylaw Amendment proposals on:

• Expansion of the BOD to 7 members
• Creation of the position of Vice President and duties
• Provision for mail-in elections
• Appointment of committee members by the chairs of the respective committees
• Removing the amount of the dues from the Bylaws
